Buyer Supplies and is Responsible For:

  • Electrical Power (Automatic Backup Power Required) and all Gas and Electrical Hookups
  • Installation and Verification of Operational Backup Power Prior to Airstream Installation Service
  • Local Electrician
  • Placement of Greenhouse with Airstream Approval
  • All Ground Prep including Trenching, Backfill and Compaction
    • Provided that the site ground conditions require concreted anchors in lieu of the normally auger-drilled anchors, Buyer shall pay an additional $100 per concreted anchor.
  • Local Labor for the Handling and Attachment of the Greenhouse Skirt, Film Coverings and Doors
  • All Necessary Permits
  • Freight, Installation and Applicable Taxes
